All locks needs to be changed. And hopefully they are backing up all the information they have in the system. Also to put in a security system were all of the information they have does not get tampered with. And they need to replace Don.

Town need a new lawyer to work with the people and stand beside them to get the town paper information to them that old mayor and treasure is holding put them in jail give them a time date if not then put them in jail for not complying to the town's needs.

I expect to see more town meetings as the town has many issues to sort through and attempt to resolve. More time and encouragement given for public comment too, now that Russ isn’t adjourning the meetings just when it suits him to avoid answering questions from the residents. Which reminds me, there is another lady on Council that doesn’t seem to be contributing. It seems to be that all she did was offer a second to the motion of adjourning the meeting. She doesn’t seem to be very proactive at all. Could she not offer to help the mayor in some of the mess in the office, contribute in some small way at least? Don has nothing to offer so far as well. Also Council members that are not attending meetings should be removed after a certain time. There is supposed to be apologies offered prior to meetings if members cannot attend. The fact that Russell has not offered this is a huge insult to the Council (and residents) and should be mentioned in the next meeting. It is obvious Don Is being anything but helpful so far, so a challenge in ten months would be welcome news for the residents of Otter Creek. The lawyer should have hastened the process of the signatories. Surely he should have overseen the process in having the previous signatories removed from the accounts and the new ones processed. Seems very inefficient to me. Why is this taking so long? The accounts should have bpay set up, and residents offered that process to pay their bills too. Assistance provided to the residents who are not familiar with that method also. Why the Council appears not to have that implemented seems rather strange. Would like to see the animal nuisance issue resolved quickly. Council could look into requesting a temporary at notice assistance from the Shire to send an officer to collect roaming and feral animals for around. Only way to stop the problem is having the residents pay for infringements. Seeing as there are so many roaming animals then the pay of the animal welfare officer would soon be recovered; win / win for all. Council newsletter should be posted so all residents cannot say they were forewarned.

A trapper just offered to do the catching, to me that sounds like volunteering, once they have an idea of what they are dealing with and set up ordinances and fines, it sounds like it could lead to revenue
