I can definitely see that divide. "I don't understand girls" "I don't understand boys." Lack of communication. I mean it's hard for me to not associate blue and pink as gender indicators. We'll probably never be able to understand eachother or have a cure all because we're all too different and have different preferences, but communication failure is probably one of the most common thing in just about any problem. There are more factors too. Sometimes you can't solve things with just talking because one side or the other or both are stubborn.

I really hate Man Box. It sucks. This kind of thing is commonplace in the West. Asian girls who have a western boyfriend always say their boyfriend appeals to their masculinity. (Sigh) Well, Someone says masculinity forms what women find attractive in men...but I think this is Yes and No. I think what women find attractive in men and what men find attractive in men is very different.

There has to be more men just like him so wise for a Man so young. I am a senior woman and have always thought this we are all human and should not be put in a gender box of roles it is harmful for both genders.

@@kyshoff1292 Masculinity is formed by what women find attractive in men. Did you hear him mention that? Did you hear him mention biology or s3xual selection? No? Then you can safely ignore what he said, and dismiss it as an acecdote.

@@jaydamalley3398 Masculinity can also be described by social expectations in men. These are in large part socially constructed, and often destructive. the effects of these can be observed in the appallingly high male suicide rates, and how few men have friends. Society teaches men that they are expendable, they're supposed to be strong, they're isolated, and seem to be struggling a lot in modern society.I remind you that these standards are not largely imposed by women, but rather other men. It's not women who typically shame you for being upset, or ask for help, but rather men who do this. Often friends and peers. this is what people mean by toxic masculinity, and it's easy to see in any empirical sense.
