Very interesting video! The Mars sets look nice but pricey. Yep the Viet Cong had jungle workshops where they turned out rough copies of American firearms like the "Government .45" pistol and even a Tommy-gun copy. "Uniforms Of The French And Indo-China Wars" is a great book for toy soldier guys, written by a USAF Air Police vet named Leroy Somebody. Anyway the Viet Cong also captured large amounts of US equipment which they would clean off, re-lube, and put back into service. Trivia question; what's a "Chopper"? Answer; a Tommy-gun with the stock and barrel sawed-off to make a short and very nasty weapon.

Those soldiers look detailed! I think that there should be a feature length film of army men, to honour the late 3DO! I want it to be dark and gritty!

3:13 they cost that much? That weird, in my army men shop they cost like 14€ or 15€ for set not like 30€ or 40€, Guess im lucky

By the way the gun you called a cross between a m3 grease gun and a PPSH-41 is a French MAS-38 or a MAT-49
