It’s very rare, but in witch huts you have a chance of finding a potion that you can’t get in survival in any other way, the potion of decay (only in bedrock)

As someone that builds with wood a lot, you'll be surprised on how fast you run out of wood.

First time I found a shattered savannah I was lost in the ocean and stumbled upon it. I didn't know what it was called and thought it was so beautiful that I called it "Paradise Biome". It's one of my favorite biomes to this day, second to the swamp.

If you have ever needed to do a project involving a lot of concrete.....The gravel mountain is an absolute life saver.

The swamp is sooo useful. On that first full moon night of a new world I'm there to get slimes for sticky pistons and flying machines. Later game, a witch hut farm is the easiest decent source of gunpowder.

My biggest complaint with most biomes is that if you've seen one of a type, you've seen them all. I'd like to see some more extreme and more varied generation for each biome, so that 2 forest biomes can feel very different from each other despite falling under the same biome ID.

Now that you've brought it up, they really need to add prettier beaches to the game. They have to be larger, They need some unique vegetation, And they can't immeadiately plunge into a deep abyss as soon as the water starts like most "beaches" in Minecraft currently do. They could also add some variations like rocky beaches and different sand colored beaches. I wanna make a beach resort without having to change the landscape.

Rivers don't have a current in Minecraft...unless of course you have a mega ocean ravine going into it

The snowy plains biome just looks great, it's refreshing to see when you're tired of all that forest and plains.

The jungles deserved to be ranked better, there are basically pandas, tons of food like watermelons and coconuts to eat, there is pandas and baboo, parrots which are adorable, big temples, lots of lakes and you can build bases on the tree roofs to get an amazing view and a nice plane area

Unpopular Opinion: I love forest biomes for it's aesthetic and nostalgia since it was the very first biome. I like forest since you can do fantacy themed let's plays and add mushrooms to make the forests look enchanted, you can do a well camouflaged tree house, it just feels very mystical living in a forest.

They need to do a beach update. Like at the beach they should add crab mobs, palm trees, sea shells, different beach colors, and a new beach generation. So like they improve the beach and make it more realistic and bigger. The different beach colors have to be rare though.

Only time I liked a river was when I had to transplant a bunch of villagers to a created village like 800 blocks away with a boat so i made 2 canals and went through 2 rivers and an ocean

I love how toycat appreciates big salmon and desert wells as much as me. Bedrock rocks.

I actually live in the desert IRL and I'm allergic to sun now so I play minecraft to escape the desert and enjoy the rain lol I get sad that everyone hates it, you don't appreciate rain until you only see it once or twice a year and it's so hot out that your steering wheels melt lol

All these years I thought that "Tiger biome" was a very strange name. Seeing it spelled out as "Taiga" for the first time helps explain a lot.

My favourite ones are the tall birch forest, Mega Taiga, flower forest and the old snowy beaches that for some reason were out of control. I remember loading my first world and seeing this massive ice platform and layers of snow surrounding my island and it looked so cool

you know what I would love? should they chose to keep improving/redoing older biomes in the same trend as mountains and the nether, Id love one for forests. specifically like some of the mega taiga forest look for standard forests, but with massive roots and snarled undergrowth

id assume he makes bullet points on things to talk about in each video, so can we take a minute to appreciate that he uploads daily and takes notes preparing for his review of all 69 biomes in minecraft then someone presents them with a smile.

The most annoying thing for me is that if I plant a tree in a swamp biome, I don't get the Vines. They just look odd and make repopulating and preserving Swamps harder, so, if there's one near you, you can't even keep it looking 'good' easily

When you said the tall birch forest gets out of the way when you don't need it, i just imagined an entire forest picking up its skirts of leaves and shuffling away

The Mesa biome is at the heart of my main survival world. I absolutely love it. It has resulted in some unique challenges operating out of one and also in me finding some unique ways to use up an abundance of gold

I forgot the mushroom biome existed until I accidentally found one a few months ago and I felt so nostalgic because, before bedrock I used to always build houses there.

Beaches aren't the worst; sometimes you get shipwrecks with them, only one of two places they can generate on land, and they look really nice like some old ship that was just left there to rot. The other place is frozen oceans, where they also look neat. And kinda haunted.

The single reason you would like gravelly mountains is for extremely late game if you need a lot of concrete for building.

LOL, gravelly mountains are actually one of my favorites... just because I love destroying them and turning them into non-gravelly mountains.

Honestly talking about Mesa/Badlands, it’s insanely hard to find or atleast when it’s actually biome size and looks great.

Swamps are one of the first things I look for in a new world, it's pretty much the only source of slime early on without having to make a slime farm. They spawn every night except when it's new moon.

Worlds generated with just the beach biome are actually really fun

Me and my friend are building our huge city with rails in a snowy taiga with ice patches in the ocean and next to it is a huge mountain with spruce trees and flowers! It’s so pretty!

Hey, gravel mountains are useful for those of us who like making concrete. It's great to have a biome where you know you can find a certain resource. Without gravel mountains there would be no place where gravel spawns consistently.

My biggest surprise in this video is that there's 69 biomes. I thought there's only like 20 or something.

I never bother with memorizing the biomes nor looking too much for specific ones, but thanks to this video I just learnt my home's on Sunflower Plains and right near a huge Shattered Savanna. Both great biomes, I love the acacia trees and I built a birch tree farm as well.

I genuinely had no clue that Tundra biomes had their own village type (bc why would they they're super rare), but I found one while playing on a server my friends and I have, and I instantly fell in love with the biome

Sure, jungles look pretty, but they can be a HUGE pain if there's nothing but jungle by spawn and it turns night. That, and if you're exploring, they're hard to traverse both on and below the trees due to their varying sizes and the little bushes. All the adorable passive mobs make it a little more worth it though.

I would love to see Crocodiles or some sort of dangerous animal in the swamp. But Mojang also has to put more valuable resources in swamps to convince people to go there.

Now you should rank every item, and then you should rate every block, and you can do a grand finale where you rank EVERYTHING! (All of the mobs, biomes, items, structures, and blocks, all competing against each other)

personally the Shattered Savanna and the Snowy Plains are my favorite, A bc they are relatively rare and you dont see them too often but they have so much varriation its fun to build in. Savanna has coarse dirt gravel dirt stone and loads of pretty, green, grass. While moat of that isnt very desired, its still pretty nifty, you dont see much varriation in other biomes on the ground. And then theres Acacia Leaves are definitely my favorite leaves for their color. And its just really fascinating how much the structures of like cliffs and things is just so cool. And the snowy plains biomes, A, usually have a village in them, which is honestly the most beautiful and well thought out village, there's also igloos, which, what other biome has a structure where someone has inhabited it (other than villages ofc). Like I mean, desert wells ig could count, but its not like anything interesting i suppose. Also arctic foxes and snow bunnies are by far the cutest mobs, so yes :P (edit: i typed this before he rated the snowy tundra/plains biome oml we like made the same points😂) (edit 2: oml we literally said the same things again wth XD)
