According to the Prose Edda, when the dwarves Brokkr and Sindri were forging a number of artefacts including Mjölnir, Loki turned into a horsefly and pestered them. He couldn't distract them while they forged Gullinbursti the golden-haired boar and the magic ring Draupnir. The third time, he bit Brokkr's eyelid and drew blood, Brokkr wiped it, and that was enough distraction that he stopped working the bellows of their forge for a moment. That lapse of heat was enough to leave Mjölnir shorter than they had desired. That is the story of why Mjölnir is always depicted as a one-handed maul.

Its nice as a Legends collector to have 8 out of 10 on this list. I have Ultimates Thor in my collection instead. I may get the 80th eventually. I don't collect MCU though I did get to pass on a Worthy Cap. At first I thought this was a Top 10 Marvel Legends of 2019 list, not a Top 10 Marvel Legends 2019 _Edition_ list.

That 80th Thor and Cable are works of art seriously. When I picked them up I was like a kid at christmas. Now i just need a original 90s Domino and I'll be complete

The one thing the old Toybiz Nightcrawler has on the new hasbro one is a proper bendy tail, and toe joints. Picking a favorite Iron Man is hard, because there are just so many different armors made by different companies.

Dan can always use his Lebowski Thor as an alternative Hagrid costume if the mood takes him. Favourite part of this one? The look of glee on Dan/Thor's face when he caught Mjolnir. Favourite Marvel Legend figure? Got to be the upcoming Stan Lee. The man that started it all. No Stan Lee, no Marvel Comics. Nuff said.

I’m so happy to see two of the figures I voted for on Twitter make your video Top Ten List! I voted for yellow and blue Wolverine, and Thing was my number one. *SPOILER ALERT* (He was also the number one on the video), so I am excited! I wish Jim Lee Cyclops had made the list too but I’m still happy. Great video as always. You guys rock. it's kinda insane that most of the list are figures from just the past couple years. I suppose the newer figures should be the best ones, improving from the previous attempts. Also goes to show how much hasbro has been killing it with the line lately.

You had some nice costumes this episode. He-Man with a funny hat was good. So was David Hasselhoff's Nick Fury. But that Alan Moore costume you pulled out at the end of the video was my favourite. Here's hoping it won't be long until we get Marvel Legends figures of all three.

that is JUSTICE, thank you producer Greg and the many Thor's for this video. I almost jumped out of my chair when my favorite comic/cartoon action figure won. I have been a Fantastic Four/ The Thing fan since I was 8 in 1974, when I read my first two Fantastic Four reprints in marvels greatest comics when the FF took on Blastarr and Sandman and one of the greatest FF stories of all time, Monster no more. both are Jack (king) Kirby and Stan (the Man) masterworks. So again I personally could not be more surprised or thrilled with this outcome.

The Thing used to be Marvel Comics' Spider-Man. Contest of Champions was Marvel's first major crossover event and had Ben Grimm beat the Champion. His popularity waned in the 80s and 90s, but for a time he was Marvel's flagship hero. Even had his own crappy Hannah Barbera cartoon.

I was hoping to see the lizard build a figure or even Mysterio from that same wave, honestly though there were so many awesome Marvel Legends that came out in the past few years that to make a top ten list that everyone could agree upon seems impossible. Regardless I really enjoyed this video, Dan's fat Thor impression was spot on. " Uh, hello Mr. Hasbro, Mrs. Hasbro, in this sack I've placed a very large potato that I've painted green" XD
