Nice work. Could you tell me the valve clearence you used when cold? I use the factory value, 0.2mm when hot, but my valves keep ticking. Hope you can help.

But that way when it warms up it will get a smaller gap. Souldn't it be 0.25mm?

Nope 0.15mm try it and you see for yourself no ticking sound

@@York870 my car gives me this ticking sound when engine is cold the sound vanish when engine become warm is it normal ?

Yes it is normal because when engine is warm the gap decreases

Hi i have a coeolla with 2E engine the problem is to much oil going up to the rocker arm i already replace the oil regulator pressure but still the same prblem

Its a Haynes manual - Toyota Corolla 1987 to 1992 (I got it from a book store)

@@loidmasaka5767 thanks man.. Is this for intake & exhaust?... I found another video the guy was reading from the sticker under the hood. He was saying 0.20 intake and 0.25 exhaust.. 0.20 is all over on the net.
