The modern and sporty exterior design of the new Toyota C-HR, which stands out with its hidden door handles and new dual-color body design details, which will be offered for the first time in Toyota, positions it in a different place in the C-SUV segment. The new Sulfur color, used as the signature color, takes the New Toyota C-HR to a different dimension by using it in contrasting stitching details in the interior cabin with the new dual-color body design.
Engineers and the aerodynamics team worked closely for the New Toyota C-HR model, with its more aggressive and sharp-lined exterior design. Thus, a design that is both aerodynamically efficient and visually impressive was achieved.
LED headlights with the new "Parabola" design and the LED rear lighting group extending across the width of the vehicle and bearing the name of the model are among the other striking elements in the exterior design of the New Toyota C-HR.
The first generation Toyota C-HR, which takes the SUV design pattern to a different dimension with its coupe-style lines, sharpens these lines even more with its "super coupe" profile in its new generation. When viewed from the front, it can be seen that the Toyota C-HR also carries the new face of the brand's fully electric model family.
It was introduced with 1.8 liter and 2.0 liter hybrid engine options and will also have a 2.0 liter plug-in hybrid option for the first time. Toyota C-HR will initially be offered for sale in the Turkish market with the Hybrid 140 version with 5th generation hybrid technology. In addition to being more powerful than the current Toyota C-HR model, the Hybrid 140 will manage to make a difference by maintaining current emission and consumption values. While the Hybrid 140 focuses on environmentally friendly performance, it will also not compromise on the enjoyable hybrid driving experience. In addition to this engine, Hybrid 200 and Plug-in Hybrid 220 engine options with 5th Generation hybrid technology will be offered for sale in the European market.
Toyota C-HR offers a technological driving experience with its new 12.3 inch fully digital display screen. The data transferred to the digital display with sharp graphics can be personalized according to driver preferences and priorities. The new model is offered with a new 12.3-inch touchscreen multimedia screen, offered for the first time in Toyota models. Smartphone connections can be made in the multimedia system via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
A new, thermally insulated panoramic glass roof with curtainless technology is offered for the first time in both Toyota and C-HR. This innovation, unlike traditional glass roof technology, reduces the need to use air conditioning to maintain the temperature in the interior with a reduced weight of 5 kg and a 3 cm increase in ceiling level, while promising a more spacious journey than ever before for all passengers.
The new generation Toyota C-HR is also the first Toyota model to feature multi-ambient lighting. Ambient lighting, which has 64 different color options, can be adjusted to reflect the cabin environment or time of day, whether cold or warm, beyond customizable color selection. The cabin ambiance can be synchronized with the time of day to transition from bright morning tones to more relaxing tones in the evening.
The dynamic performance of the new Toyota C-HR has been improved in every aspect, resulting in more agile handling. Developed for sudden accelerations and higher control, the new Toyota C-HR establishes a more direct relationship between the accelerator pedal and the car's responses to increase the enjoyable driving experience. While the suspension, brakes and steering system were redesigned, the ideal balance was achieved between the vehicle's agility and driving comfort.
During the development of the new Toyota C-HR, Toyota test drivers reached the ideal dynamic balance by driving on different road conditions in different countries, as well as on the track at the European test center.
All versions of the new Toyota C-HR are equipped with the T-Mate driving assistance system, including the most advanced Toyota Safety Sense 3 safety systems. The increased scope of safety features reduces the risk of accidents and offers a pleasant and safe driving experience with driving support assistant systems. The new Toyota C-HR opens the doors to a semi-autonomous driving experience with its new features such as Automatic Parking Assistant and Lane Change Assistant, in addition to its system that helps prevent accidents at low speeds, Proactive Driving Support and Radar Cruise Control with Cornering Speed Management.
