Как моторист с 1991 ,могу сказать ,что это видос показывает ,что если гайку крутить против часовой стрелки ,мотор разбирается и по часовой собирается ! Где притирка клапанов и подбор регулировочных шайб ? Головку затягивал без схемы ,кольца поршневые надевал без приспособы, как правильно устанавливали по меткам цепи ГРМ, где нанесение герметика на соединениях ? Как то дешовый китай получается

@@user-st1el8ce7c Тема не раскрыта, согласен. Не показал зазоры между поршнем и цилиндром. Кто в теме - поймет. Сам себе перебрал 2AZ-FE + 10 футорок ставил. Авиатехник с 1977г ))

Эт понятно скорей всего не показано половины работы,наши то что лучше ?приезжаешь на сто без кувалды ни чего не делают сердце кровью обливается, сайлентблоки протягивают на весу потом ставят машину и их почти сразу рвет итд.специалистов нет есть долю...бы и разъе...и.незнаешь куда обращаться либо нае...ут либо накосячат.

It’s a mass produced, economy, 4cyl open deck, naturally aspirated aluminum block. Perhaps the block is iron. Regardless the motor can be bought in working condition for about $1000 as of June 2022. This is way more than a $1000 worth of time and materials. For a motor that produces a little over 200whp on the best of days with a tailwind. Bruh… why? I mean, good job but… why? 🧠

These are the 2.4L Toyota engines known for burning oil. Literally no point in purchasing a used one

Some countries don’t allow you to change engines. In mine for example, the serial number for chassis, transmission, and engine has to match. If not you have to go to the police, register, then go to dmv, and then to a federal inspection where they will modify the title. It is a pain in the ass. That is why engine gets rebuilt

so your looking at it from a cost to horsepower ratio???. that car is what pays the bills…. if it where a truck with v8 it cost more. and the gas mileage.. if i had to choose. for a work car…. i mean really..

This is the infamous 2AZ-FE that's known to burn oil. They are cheap for a reason. GREAT engine though, boost friendly and extremely reliable, even when they burn oil. Replace pistons with updated ones, that have the correct size oil return holes for the oil control ring, and they are 300k + mile engines all day long.
