Accurate! 6.2L or 6.3L is the capacity when the transmission is new and dried out but upon the complete drain and refill it only takes about 3.5, 3.8 to 4-liter don't know why and putting more than that and you have overfilled the chamber, excessive fluid will start leaking and/or ruin your tranny.

And what about gear calibration after changing cvt fluid ??

Check the oil quality on a white napkin...... drop a few drops, if it is Red then you can change it still, just drain out and pour the new one in and you should be good. If the oil is brown, black or muddy then don't even think of changing it and drive your car until the transmission or engine is died. Don't listen to those uneducated mechanics.

And use the Toyota Genuine transmission oil, same as the one I've used in this video

What do you mean by bypass LDA? If you are only doing a partial change, which means draining and refilling the transmission with new oil without flushing the entire system, then the capacity required would typically be less than if you were doing a full flush. In my case, we simply drained the old transmission oil and refilled it with a new oil, so in this scenario, your car only needs a 4.0L transmission oil instead of 6.2L. You need 6.2L when you flush the transmission oil.
