I want to say that one of the reasons I subscribe to you is you give credit to the KZfaqr you get these videos from. so many KZfaqrs take from others and don't give credit. thank you so much! yes, giving credit is just a common courtesy that I have seen not practiced by a lot of creators. I follow by the "Do onto others as you would want done onto you" saying ... my grandmother engraved that into my brain growing up and I have found that it's the best advice ever given. Now I would want other creators to credit me so I make sure to credit others. ❤🙏

I have watched many courts where gender bias on TPOs does not appear to be an issue. However, with Manning, I've seen a distinct tendency to tip the scales toward young women who claim DV by men. Once she starts to sympathize with the petitioner's narrative in those cases, she often seems to have made up her mind before he even gets started responding. It's not always the case, but Manning appears to me to have definite white knight tendencies.

@@-HeyLyd- I think it's more that she takes the opportunity to instate the TPO in a way that the self-alleged DV victim won't argue. I say this because Manning has gone on rants about how there is a double standard in this regard; then you consider that the TPO isn't in the self-alleged victim's favor. This is a perfect example of that. The TPO is against the woman, but Manning phrased it in a way so that the woman wouldn't try to fight back.

I actually think the girl is the victim in this case. I think he actually used this girl for what she could do for him and once he got into the door and starting working and hen kicked her to the curb.
