seems like Edmunds need a new test driver. been watching their videos...most of the cars they tested have a slower 0-60 times and 1/4 times than MT and C&D tests.

10 years ago a naturally-aspirated 4.8 litre SUV that ran the quarter in 14.3 would have been pretty amazing.

Aren't the 0-60 times the same as the Cayenne Hybrid you also track tested?

You need the carbon brake package for the ‘5.4’ 0-60mph time. Also taking out the spare tire and the user’s manual helps shed mega weight.

I know what u mean, i heard it - its actually not a sound effect, though it sounds like one. Not quite sure what makes it though (wind noise as it accelerates, pushing through air? Or turbos spooling up? Tire sounds? I just don't know, lol).

I always had that question, the answer is, sadly, most mayor magazines are biassed or "Pointed" towards certain directions by the auto makers or accesories manufacturers who pay for everything. At least with these guys you see the actual test, you don`t take the word from some reviewer only. Maybe if you take the car on a prime day, with cool and dry air, perfect grip and a pro driver you'll get the times shown in these mags, but on a daily basis, tis what happens..

no no no. it definitely out handles mine. not even close. but in a straight line i would blow its doors off. i run high 13's low 14's all day long in Texas heat with just headers, intake and a tune. 24 inch wheels and tires to boot. mine weighs over 5200 lbs.

When I saw the original cayenne and s, I loved it. However the Gts doesn't blend in terms of looks to me. It looks disordered.

Significantly slower than Cherokee SRT-8 !! While a fully loaded Jeep SRT-8 doesn't have the fit and finish of the Porsche it is MUCH cheaper at almost half the price...

Porsche never ever lied about there cars abilities i mean Porsche Cayenne s can do 5.9 and the GTS has 20 HP more and launch control and it's slower how can that be ? anyway insideline always has the worst numbers among everyone in youtube cheers :)

they are slow and gas guzzler! had a cayenne back on 2010. the worst vehicle i have ever own. new brakes after the first year /10,000 miles. took it back for warranty after they were making noise, shop advisor, comments. truck needs breaks and they can be yours for 1,500 dlls sorry but warranty does not covers normal wear. costumer response tnx but no tnx. trade it in for a bmw 535 everything included for 4 years. chao!
