She abandoned her children and husband and after she gave birth to Martin's son while in prison, it was her husband who took custody of him so that his children would have their brother.

Guy V Goodman was a WWII veteran. To have served our country and survived such a war only to be killed so horribly is a disgrace. Donna Martz's dying words, "I love my children." How tragic. Hats off to California Highway Patrolman Richard Chambers! Glad the FBI and law enforcement brought these fugitives to justice.

1994 they were both sentence to death 2016 life in prison without the possibility of parole 2021 I'm so appalled by the decision.

People have to understand that your chances of surviving are 50/50 when you stay out of the car , if they point a gun out on you , you're better off chancing it , then prolonging your life in a desperate suffering manner in a trunk or back seat of a car

Two armed and dangerous kidnappers on the run and the FBI manage to drum up a single California highway patrol car to catch them, and it has a single officer with only one set of handcuffs. I'm not sure any of these people are actually professionals. Hats off to patrolman Chambers though.

Work Release Program fooled everyone that these criminals will be rehabilitated. No no no way. They have several convictions between these 2 and the officers still believed they were incapable of further destructions? These 2 has nothing left to lose from the start. Had they not given that opportunity they won't escape and the two old folks won't die.
