The issue with texas is the resources it produces plus its nuclear power plants. Obviously nuke plants are protected from attacks but what about flooding

@@user-tx1rr3rb1q Hurricane Harvey was a category 4. Google it, it dumped tremendous amounts of rain on Houston The bayou system is supposed to carry off excess water, but the storm was overwhelming.
