Thank you so much for the info about the calorie deficit. I found it and I am happy to say I am happy to know this. To calify a little I am type 2 so good to know which macro works best. Also just for your information too I have been on WW since 2021. I was 318 and got to 246 with it. But again I got sick and was in hospital in Feb and found a lot of other health issues. Most important was my liver enzymes were bad. So I was stressed gain back to 246 and I felt I needed to get back on track. Then my GI Dr and PCP agreed mounjaro would help. So I knew I needed to be in a calorie deficit and no one told me how to figure it out. So thank you so much for your help and answering my question. Very helpful information. You are very informative. Love your channel.

I have tried WW decades ago and just a few months ago. Didn't work with either method for me. Glad to know I'm not the only one. How can you lose anything even if you eat nothing but "free" foods? I never understood it.

I was just watching your old video about this last night, I am former WW user as well. It was one of my failed attempts...I am using it still just because I like the eating habits I developed with them, MJ seems to make that less torturous sans food noise. Thanks again for your video

Good info. I’ve never done well with WW. Calories make sense to me, but points are too abstract. Plus the whole culture of WW was a turn off.
