tell them they did nothing wrong. Ruzzians have been fetishizing this sh*t since forever, and even in modern history, after communism fell, during the 90s and early 2000s they were STILL fetishizing rape. It's not bc of anything any of you did, or did not do. It is estirely THEIR insanity and their sin at the end of the day. Never forget that. No matter what they say. They're just pathetic lying cowards.

hiking, being outside, moving, seeing nice things. it always helps. Just keep moving. Somehow when your legs move, your mind and feelings change too :). (and maybe martial arts when you're feeling up to it). It's good to get those skills and it also helps you feel better. Just lots of activities and anything which focuses you on the present moment, helps. And what is great is that it works for everyone: men, women, childrens. It makes everyone's trauma better and helps ppl heal faster. Animals help too, they're always ''in the moment", and you can trust them more than ppl usually, to keep you super grounded, and focused on the present moment. Also they are adorable! You can't beat that. No humans are as fluffy and cute as pets. Nature's gift. Don't worry about the panic attacks, that's just your nevous system eliminating stress. When you try to hold it back that's when it tends to get worse. Try to have some fun with them, do some ''primal scream therapy" classes. Stress needs to get out somehow. It's like sneezing, but for your psyche. There's no point in holding back a sneeze, right? It's just like that. You will return back to yourself and feel like a normal person again. Do not worry. It just takes time. But in the meantime you can pick up extra skills, so you'll be like your old self but much, much cooler >:).

sorry, one more thing: if you let them write it down as if it's a scene is a movie, not their own actual experience, that might help. Especially for the ones that are a dit dissociated or used ''disconnecting" during the traumatic event. To them it is already as if it happend to someone else, bc that was the psychological tool they used to protect themselves. So, if it can be done that way, the victims might find that a lot easier. Also try writting it, instead of speaking it. And then you can have the stories disconnected from their names, if possible. Just use a code name for when they're read out load. You can still keep a record, like the court would know who's story belongs to whom, for the paperwork. BUT, when/IF the lawyers read the stories, see if you can use code names or numbers for that part, whenver possible. Too often the victims are made to feel as if they're the ones ''on trial". That really makes trauma worse. If they can be allowed to say the stories in a way which protects their privacy a bit and does not put any more undue stress on them, that will make it much easier. The lawyers can read the statements. Again, whever possible, and whenever the legal system allows it. I do believe that will make it much, much easier while still preserving the authenticity and maybe more ppl will come forward that way too. Instead of saying "the guy took me into this room..."etc., let them say it in 3rd person: "the man took the girl into the room and..." etc. They might find that easier, especially in the beginning when they need to give reports and do so right away, but are still struggling with trauma. The trauma can interfere with their ability to explain the events. So, if you can let them talk in a way which decreases that panic response that will actually lead to better reports for you, and better outcomes for the victims too. The brain disconnects to protect itself. It's a knee jerk reaction but same as with the knee jerk response, there is a reason for it. It serves a purpose. Rather than trying to fight against nature, we can go with the flow a bit, and work within that framework. Once the psyche is healed that ''disconnect" goes away. It's like a scab. It's just there to protect them. And it takes time to get itchy and fall off. It's ok to let it fall off on it's own and just work around it, if you need to. They disconnected, it's as if happend to someone else...ok, great...describe what happened to someone else, and then we're gonna let you ''name" that someone else too :). You can pick any pseudo-name you'd like :)). That kind of thing. It's just easier and smoother as a process. And does not have as much risk of re-traumatizing them, imo. A lot of trauma survivors also feel that by ''reintegrating" those memories and ''reconnecting" it's kind of like giving the bad guys extra power over them. They'd rather put it in a box and let that box rot with all it's stinking contents...than "re-connect" with those memories. We have to find ways to kind of understand and respect that, imo. It's ok to let the box rot away. Describing what was in the box won't give it new life, we have hazmat suits and will just throw some extra ''disintegration" powders on top of it >:). Flowers will grow in it's place later. You don't have to re-live anything you don't want to. It's all contained. You can keep it that way and just be happy knowing it's rotting away as it should be. That is key, I think.

Why do you think the Franch hate the Americans? It wasn't the liberation of France, it was more like invasion of France, war crimes, looting and sexual crimes started in day one of by the Americans. What the red army did in the east the Americans and their allies did in the west... the only difference is nobody talks about that. Do you know that more German soldiers died in American prison camps as POW that in actual combat on the western front? Killing pow after the war ended is called crime... nobody talks about it. My family member remembered: (Regarding ordinary life in a small slovakian village 39-45) "Germans didn't really cared about us, they let us have our stuff and house, didn't steal or touched anyone" but regarding SSSR liberation it was something different "we heard stories from other villages as they were coming closer (she didn't tell us obviously about violence or rape, but that was kinda obvious), as soon as soviets came into our street, we ran through window and hide in the vineyard with younger brother and mother". So one side (germans) was lawfully seen as evil, the other (soviets - yes, russians, ukrainians, belorussians and many more nations), in many ways same bad and violent was seen as liberators. Thats the shadow of history over eastern Europe till today.

the soviets lost so much in this war, their homes and families, even entire bloodlines, almost every family in this period lost at least someone. Additionally the germans saw the slavs as subhuman and treated them as such. what do you expect? that the soviets were holy angels and they wouldn´t want some kind of revenge? Please... get of your high horse and at least try to put oneself and such a position. Rape is wrong, and im not justifying it, but it is and was part in EVERY conflict of the human history, thats just how humans work in these scenarios. If God is seeing this from heaven, he/she has also realised that we humans are not worth salvation. Despite being God's greatest creation who have dominated the world we always go back to our natural instincts of war and lust no matter how civilized we become this is the absolute truth. God can't help us in this. He already has helped us by giving us a brain and made us the only self conscious being on this planet. The rest is up to us how we use it, either for continued world peace and development as a whole or endless conflicts and savagery like this

Obviously, God isn't needed. Most Russians are Orthodox (over 70%). You can, of course, extrapolate that across Russian armed forces in Ukraine. Which makes most Russian soldiers also Orthodox Christians. Them being Christian, them believing in God hasn't stopped them from raping and massacring civillians.

@42:40 She talks about the rape playbook of wars of conquest. Serbian soldiers in the 1990s Bosnian & Kosovar wars literally said they were copying their big bro, Russia’s behavior from 1945 when the Russians had moved across Poland to Germany & Berlin, mass raping & murdering the entire way. Something like 2 million girls & women were raped by Russians in Berlin alone. Serbia’s use of rape in the two 90s wars were so outrageous that then Hague finally made rape a war crime. They raped approx 70,000 in those two wars & the Hague convicted a mere handful of the war criminals. Thankful for these people who are actually going after the worst scum of humanity imaginable. Most rapists will have a long list of silent crimes that haven’t come to light. Imo, I think you have to have at least some sociopathy in you, in order to take the initiative to rape. Most men don’t, even though all soldiers could take advantage of their power or the chaos. Note the two Russian soldiers who found the rapist Blue & got the victim out, then followed up with getting him in trouble. Also Old Man.

In every society there is a subset that protects the balance of society by their fierceness and obstinance. Solzhenitsyn described a situation where if a small portion of people resist to death, the offenders slow their attacks as, they are fundamentally cowards. These people here who doggedly pursue Justice are not only helping victims, they help protect the future.

Let us not even NOT EVEN mention what some ((not all, but enough) ruzzian troops did to german women and GIRLS ,,,,AFTER ww2 was signed off as DONE. The Ukraineian women have not near suffered what some german women went through. (= gang rape) So so so glad this guy Blue has been taged and will be brought to justice. But as we know the victim never fully recovers,

There are lighter alternatives, but tbh this wasn't even close the most horrific and explicit reportage out there, comparatively sanitised. If you don't want to hear this, there's other topics about this war (and hybrid-war on all democratic systems) worth watching and understanding. Like, try Vlad Vexler or similar.

Lyudmila Denisova was fired by Ukraine’s Supreme Council after the Rada voted for her dismissal. Denisova's failure to address her actual tasks of establishing humanitarian corridors and ensuring fair treatment of POW, in favor of fabricating baseless child rape allegations against Russian forces also led to her dismissal. For nearly three months in 2022 the most prominent media in the West had been publishing an avalanche of stories which focused on the supposed mass rape Russian soldiers committed against Ukrainian civilians. Once respected media outlets, such as Time magazine, actively reported on these fabrications. One such news story, titled "Ukrainians Are Speaking Up About Rape as a War Crime to Ensure the World Holds Russia Accountable", alleged that "25 teenage girls were kept in a basement in Bucha and gang-raped; nine of them are now pregnant. SAME OLD STORIES HERE, this time using actors?

Sadly, the stigma attached to rape victims is still very prevalent in Poland, Ukraine, Russia, and some of the other slavic countries. Even when it's clear that it's consent or die, there is still a stain forever attached to that person. This is what keeps victims quiet even here in north america. It's estimated that only 1-10 rapes are reported and that figure is probably even higher in Ukraine. The WWII reports had 90,000 rapes perpetrated on the German women when the Russians came in. That figure is probably a lot lower than the actual numbers, just like in Ukraine. Given the Russian casualties, probably most of the rapists have already been killed. Russia has proven itself to be a brutal, backward, unevolved ignorant barbaric society unfit to be be in the company of any civilized nation.

Fully agree - AND this is what is behind putin's call for a "New World Order"?, which is actually NO world order - in its simplicity he is calling for a survival of the fittest, barbaric, the strongest survive, at any cost - do whatever they want to do - doesn't sound like any "World Order" - so laughable - too bad so many reputable media outlets worldwide, even repeat and cover such rubbish - just ignore russia - as most of what they say are lies - for that reason I have slimmed down listening to some world media outlets who just repeat russia's rubbish
