I HAVE A SA425 YANMAR, BEST CHOICE I MADE!
@ellobo132610 ай бұрын
I have 55 hours on my SA 325 and absolutely love it. I have a piranha tooth bar and add a grapple in bucket, which makes it a beast. It has impressed many of my friends who have witnessed its capabilities. If they made ag tires to fit it, I’d be ecstatic.

Impressed with Bad Boy.. Jerky hydraulics have never made work any easier.. I've owned Kubota in the past and always liked the control and response of their hydraulics.. Climbing off the Kubota and onto a John Deere was like dismounting from a quarter horse onto a bucking Bronco 😆

Thanks man! Great video and information. GD that kioti has some lift (the tractor off the ground) force. I like the BB because of the metal, but the yanmar, well because it IS a yanmar. I like the 4025 more, ut like the 325 more than the 425. At this rate i will need a hearse before i decide on a tractor!

Did you run the loaders at the same RPM on all of the tractors?

This is a solid comparison, and a good video; that said, wouldn't the Bad Boy 2024 have fit the lineup a little better? I get it, I think, in that it's an absolutely odd machine; I don't understand why the Bad Boy 2024 or Branson/TYM 2400 even exist in their respective lineups. They're so close in size and weight, they appear to share the same platform, but the 2024 is less capable and only has 2 ranges as opposed to the 3 on the 3026. I suppose I'm rambling, but anyhow, I enjoyed the video.

The 2024 would've fit better but it's been discontinued.

Good video. What TYM tractor is the equivalent to the bad boy 3026h? Thanks
@broadheadequipment8 ай бұрын
I think the TYM 2610 because it's a similar frame size with the same horsepower and 3 range transmission.

I'd love to see a video of the Kioti CK2620 compared to the Bad Boy 4025, and maybe to the SA425? The Yanmar just feels small compared to the other two machines, but I don't think they've got a 25 horsepower machine larger than the 425?
@broadheadequipment9 ай бұрын
That video is on my list. I'll leave the 425 out since it's the same tractor as the 325 just with a larger rear tire. They don't have a 25hp comparison to the CK series but they do have a 35hp YT235 that would compare to a CK3520SE. I have no idea why they don't expand the YT2 series since that CK and L series size are by far the best selling compact tractors for Kioti and Kubota.

Odd to see kioti at the bottom in terms of lift capacity.
@oefveteran099 ай бұрын
This brand line-up is one where Kioti is typically at the lower end of the lift specs; compared to most brands they're going to shine, but the Bad Boy is a Kukje/Branson product, and they're well known for their heavy lift capabilities. They've got real good hydraulics; but they're behind Kioti in regards to ergonomics. If you want to see an interesting comparison, look at the Kioti CK2610 and Branson 2515h together, or rather now the Kioti CK2620 and TYM 2515h. They're not PTO monsters, but they're workhorse loader machines for sure; I love my CK2610, but the 2515 came real close to coming home with me. That Branson 2515h would be the Bad Boy 4025 as well, if I recall correctly. Yanmar just builds an excellent machine, but their prices are on par with Deere and Kubota. At least in my local market.
@Jtwizzle9 ай бұрын
That's good info thanks. I like the 2515 except for the loader joystick being on the loader. I like the ck2610 because of the simple motor and you can up the power on it easily. Have you tried that? It would solve the lack of pto power.
@oefveteran099 ай бұрын
@@Jtwizzle that is an option on these simple engines, but to be honest, when the warranty expires I've got my heart set on a turbo. There is a fellow on TractorByNet who developed a turbo kit for the Kubota L2501/02 and is looking to work out something similar for the Kioti CK2610/20.

Overall. What’s your opinion on the cx2510. Thanks

I love it! I'm buying a tractor this spring and am trying to decide between it and a CK3520SE. Really the DK4720SE is my favorite but it's out of my budget and probably a bit too big for my property. I love the size and features you get for the money with the CX.

As I recall Bad Boy/TYM/LS are all one in the same.
@broadheadequipment10 ай бұрын
Those and Kioti manufacture a ton of tractors for other brands. LS makes some for New Holland. Kioti makes Bobcat. TYM makes Bad Boy, Rural King, some Mahindra, and some Yanmar.
@oefveteran099 ай бұрын
Bad Boy tractors were produced by Kukje, the parent company of Branson; Kukje was acquired by TYM. As it stands, TYM builds Bad Boy tractors, and they're the same legacy Branson models. TYM also produces Rural King's machines, and a line of tractors for Mahindra; though the Mahindra partnership is ending. Kioti is the export name for Daedong tractors; Daedong also builds Bobcat tractors, both the current line and their former foray into the market. Bobcat, however, contracts elsewhere for their loaders and backhoes. LS Mtron, LS supplies CNH with their compact tractors, selling them under both the New Holland and Case IH brands, but they're otherwise an independent company; formerly they were LG Tractor, yes, the LG that produces televisions, phones, appliances, etc. These are all huge companies with their fingers in many pots, and it can get confusing.
Although Kioti and Yanmar don't sound like anything to write home about, I just cannot fathom why anybody would name a tractor "Bad Boy", or want to buy one with a name like that..sounds like something from a cartoon...at least I have heard of Yanmar, and I think it is a Japanese company that has been around a long time...I will just stick to old, reliable, easy-to -work on, and basically infinitely repairable, tractors like the Masey 35/135, Ford 2000/3000/4000, or 60's-70's-80's International, Case, John Deere's, etc., that are also free of electronics, emissions systems, etc., and are NOT made in China or Korea...
