The kid on the 4620 with the White 588 plow deserves special mention. I watched him several times and he did a great job (better than some of the ol’ boys who have probably plowed most of their lives in fact.) He made a lasting impression on me. So did the guy with the 1955 and 548

I made the video! 210 AC with 6 bottom 710 IH plow. Enjoyed plowing corn field Saturday.

I grew up on a farm in Northern Illinois in the 60's & 70's and do to the fact that there were so many family farms back then I remember each and everyone of these tractors in that era. And back then those farmers were extremely loyal to their brand of equipment.

As an old dog ,I don't like tracks on that beautiful JD. Love to see it with tires. That's just my opinion. Another great video that takes me back to the... " Good Old Days".

Awesome video Jason. I really loved the 3020 at 08:00 , a lovely example. And that 4 furrow plough seemed to be no bother to her. Love those 20 series derres from the late 60s early 70s. Cool tractor.

You make some well constructed videos. Thank you for sharing this. I wad there on Saturday myself . I saw you where hanging with Duffy Ag, I enjoy his videos. For an old farm kid it was like a blast. I believe my dad operated a new 4650 when I was a kid.

HEYY I MADE IT IN THE VIDEO WITH THE 3020!!!

I made it in the video with my 4320 only to be mislabeled as a 4020. Oh well. I’m glad to have made it any way.

1100 Massey Ferguuuuson Dad had one and bought a 5-16 Case semi mount plow. There was one hard spot in one field where that plow would simply come out of the ground and then go back in after 50 yards or so for several rounds. We got an old retired Case dealer to come up and adjust that plow and then it would just bog the engine down. That winter the 1100 would not start so we had it taken to the local White dealer- they had a mechanic who knew Perkins inside out. He found that the cam timing was off a tooth from the factory - all the bolt seals were intact. He also rebuilt the fuel pump and when we got it back it was like a totally different tractor. Plowing that fall, when we got to that hard spot it just lit the rear tires up so I called our Firestone dealer who brought out a pair of those new flatter-angled radials. The next round through that hard pan and it sheared the plow hitch casting… completely new break- no rusted crack at all. Great memories on that tractor… I bought an 1150 and Dad upgraded to an 1130. The turbo was too much for the rear end in that 1130 and it spent a lot of time in the shop. Still have it and the rear end is out again.

I loved every one of them. My favorite though is the 4020 and the 4320. But they were all awesome tractors back in the day.

The MF 1100 and IH 1066, I've plowed with both of those. I was a little surprised to see so many tractors from the late 60's and newer without cabs, 80 miles north of Belleville all of the larger tractors had cabs after about 1970. Our '68 1100 had an aftermarket cab and the '76 1066 had a factory cab.

Honestly, the tractors re-powered with 2-stroke Detroit diesels are my favorites purely because of how awesome they sound! I think someone even pointed out a few videos ago that they're literally the most efficient way of converting diesel fuel into noise. Are those particular tractors straight-piped?

I never saw a 6030 with tracks. Appears to work very well.

I can now show on my KZfaq channel i'm a card carrying vintage iron user, picked up a 914 pull type combine ready for the field and hooked it to my 766 and did a couple of tanks of oats for my calves to see if it'll handle its own field next season, so much fun running this stuff

Those two Case tractors looked nice. As long as it's New Holland or Case IH, i'm all in. Ford, Fordson and Volvo BM works too

Well, you didn't feature any of the 2 cylinder John Deere's I heard running out there, I will have to say the 4620 John Deere was my favorite.

Iam disappointed I heard those 2 cylinders in the back ground never showed 1. They are what I grew up on. Run slow . Slow power but will run many hours over high revving high horsepower motors
