I'm an old 'farm boy' who grew up driving 'put-putts'. ( see my KZfaq, 'Papa's Putt Putt ) I now live in a condo, so I 'live vicariously' through people like you who get to actually USE these beautiful green and yellow tractors that I love. Congrats on the new machines. Awesome video!!! Very excited to see your take on the 3046R I had both at one point . I have had all 3 versions of 3R only all were cab machines. I love a cab 3046R I have now. I really like seeing them side by side both in open station. I have been telling people on GTT just how close in physical size they are for a long time now. This video shows that really well. Again congrats on the new machines.

You are without the reason I have a 1025R and am currently negotiating a 5075. Your hard work putting videos together is the greatest tool for equipment selection there is other then actual hands on. Thank you for your hard work and honesty.

I love this news! I feel like my tractor journey is so much like yours. I started out with a New Holland TC18 compact. And use to watch your videos every day even if I had seen them. Now you have a barn full of Deeres and I have a barn full of big blue tractors.

WooHoo! This is actually a gift for me too. My open station 3046r arrived last month and now I get to see all that delicious, 3 series, TTWT content. I went with oem 3rd/4th/5th scv’s, and the 375a backhoe because the JD 0% over 72 months seems like a no-brainer. Can’t wait to see the grapple you choose, the JD options are not awesome. My property is only 2/3 of an acre. I have access to the woods behind it (owned by USDA) to move brush and dead trees up the mountain (there are old logging roads to use). Although the larger tractors would be nice, the 1025r is all I need.

Just bought 2032 with 72 in mid. mower and pull a 60 inch offset mower up a pretty steep hill. Tried it Xmas eve, was disappointed and traded it for 2038. Also have the msl loader. Always disappointed that they don't curl bucket back far enough. Built a 3.5 inch box on bucket to curl more and built fork frame with 4 inch kick out also. Love all the features on the 20 series

I ordered my new 3039r back in march 21. When my tractor was delivered in august 21 it had no 4th and 5th stage or air seat. The dealer said we were going to put them on in our shop but, we can’t get them. It’s now December and still waiting. I have a 3rd function for a 4-1 bucket and a 72d mower. Now I have to get off the tractor and unhook the bucket curl hydraulics and hook up the mower hydraulics. Do the same each time I want to use the bucket. I wouldn’t be made because of the back up of parts but, at the same time a 3046r with cab arrived and had all the functions I asked for. I had the option of buying it for another cool 10 plus thousand.

Honest, unbiased reviews are hard to come by. I appreciate your effort. I especially enjoy seeing the LARGE ag equipment in use on the farm. Our farms in PA pale in size by comparison. It’s a wonderful service and entertainment you provide, your transparency regarding financial information is solely your private business. If anyone has been a long time viewer it shouldn’t take you long to figure out how transparent and honest you are with your channel. People have to relax and stop being so wound up about aspects of your business that have no impact upon themselves regarding the process you’ve chosen to explain all your experiences with tractors, green or otherwise.

I hope you have better luck with the belly mower than I did with my 3520. Mine was problem from day one and needed multiple adjustments and never got it right. The area manager even took a look at it and declared it acceptable to JD. Shook like a _itch and the belts would wear a hole thru the plastic belt guards in no time. It finally spit out a pin on the hydraulic lift and in so doing the ram wedged and broke off a couple of lugs on the tractor. I then bought a finish mower (land pride) and have really liked it, except it has a tendency to roll the front tires off the rim in a turn if the ground in not smooth.

Just FYI . That green cap on the hood of the 3046R was not an intake it is actually an optional exhaust that is still available today. My 2019 3046R has the flush hood exhaust, so did my 2018 3033R and 2017 3039R. It is also an option on the 4Rs . My 4066R came with the side exhaust like your new 3046R. Also had the painted cap on the hood. I recently changed mine out on the 4066R for a vertical hood version only I did the full vertical hood stack on my 4066R.

Don’t care about your deal, you show all of us useful information and advertise for all products to thousands of potential buyers and JD knows that. PS. I ordered a 2022 3046R w deluxe cab, 375A backhoe, 72” Box Blade, 72” Landscape Rake, 42” Pallet Forks and the 59” Snow Blower. My Christmas is not expected to arrive until March 7 ! Until then I will just learn from you more about the 3046R. Thank you and I like you all are just great kind people.

I've appreciated all of the info very much. It led me to the 1025R. Several years later, I'm going to a 2025R. That particular tractor is the one with the least info it seems. I feel like I might have gone with it to start, but all of the good info I could find was only on the 1 series or the large frame 2's.

I purchased a new 3046r early this year with zero regrets. Glad I did, our dealer has not had a 2 or 3 series on the lot since.

Glad to see you get your dream tractor and be able to put out more honest content. If you do consider a 4 series in the future, I would consider the M Heavy Duty model. It has a lot of feature from the R series like the loader but you also get a rear remote in a much better position and better tires as well. Keep up the good work!

Hello Tim! Just a pointer on the 2038R third function hydraulic lines from my own experience - There is a plastic hydraulic line spacer block that keeps the lines spaced and it has two bolts in it. Those bolts like to come loose and fall out from vibration because Deere did not put lock nuts on them. A simple little fix of replacing those nuts will save a lot of headache later.

Can't wait for the loader lift test of the 320R loader. At least on the Deere spec sheet it looks like a lower height limit than the older H165. Pouring through spec sheets and YT videos right now, tryign to decide between the 3039R with the 320R loader and the 2038R with the 220R MSL. I look forward to many informative videos form TTWT and the new equipment!
