I worked with Tracy Morgan on The Last O.G Season 1 he was the nicest Celebrity I've worked with he treated the fella's like they were his homies and he treated the women like they were an important part of his show. He creates a set friendly production. Thanks again Tracy

Being from the street that is the one main thing that I had to learn as a man. “Conflict Resolution” The same laws that work on the street may not always work in the work place/corporate world. Being emotional caused me a lot of pain. I didn’t realize how susceptible I was to everyone around me. People was playing me like a flute. God fights my battles now, it’s a whole lot better that way. Not to mention he never loses!

My takeaway from this interview was the part about being able to check your emotions and learning how to resolve conflict through communication. Conflict resolution in the corporate world can be tricky and it takes a skill I have yet to develop. He is absolutely right about that!

Tracey changed the subject when showed receipts of how he is a snake like all the industry, then goes on talking about positivity and all that bs all celebrities say. Then goes on and says he talks to anyone. Like he really thinks it's an achievement to talk to a person like a person, then goes on and talks about himself in third person "Tracey Morgan the superstar", if his big ego and false humbleness went over ur head you are clueles. Charlamagne is way realer than Tracey Morgan. Tracey morgan put no one in their place. He seems fake and self centered, like he has been described.

And talking to someone on a set like they are a person is a achievement those ppl get shitted on al the time. You're clueless if his confidence in his position makes you feel a way. Loved the interview. Mr. Morgan ran this interview and was able to speak what has happened with his career and the people that say he is hating on others' success. I think this world it too sensitive about everything. Comedians are supposed to expose the truth of society with jokes. Comedians beefing is so crazy to me. Why??? They all bring something different to the table and can be funny. He did drop some jewels all ppl should follow. It is silly to do interviews talking about people and not contact them personally to hash out disagreements. Men and women pull you to the side, kids get in the media to be petty. Foolishness to me...

I met Tracy 13 years ago at the Improv in West Palm Beach. I'll never forget my brief experience with this brother. He looked me in the eye and said"Patience Young Man" then he made sure that my friends and I got into his show! Class Act!

Lol, the only people I make manager are people i trust. I only trust people i know. So usually the people who put their head down, show up, do a good job, on their grind, I keep as field workers, they never become managers for me because I dont them. It's the ones who say hey want to have a beer after we're done? Hey can I have the day off my son is in a play? He sorry I'm late for our meeting I'm coming from an SAS training. These people I get to know more about them, who they are, and build a relationship until I trust them. Just showing up and putting in hours wont get you any where

I just met Tracy Morgan today and I have to completely agree on what he says about positivity and to be nice to people. He was so nice to me and let me take a picture with him and he doesn’t even know me and he’s a star and I’m just a normal person but he treated me like I was one of his friends. We talked for a minute but I could tell he was a chill, positive person. We are blessed to have Tracy Morgan he’s such a funny dude and I’ve loved watching him since I was young 👍💯

That is so not true. Hate is any form of negativity without purpose. If you get a raise for X amount and my first words are "That's it?!, so and so got more" you would feel I'm hating on you raise. Now if I said "you could've gotten more, here's how you do it next time" that will be recieved differently.
