My favorite 3 ingredient dish from TJ. Can of Masala simmer sauce, can of Garbanzos and can of organic coconut milk or coconut cream. Mix together and heat. You can add green peas or rice or chicken but those three things are the base. Also tasty cold. Let me know what you think.

Trader Joe's is the best! I only do my grocery shopping there. My go-to easy TJs meal is cauliflower gnocchi, sweet italian chicken sausage, spinach, cherry tomatoes, some really good olive oil I got in Italy and the Everyday Seasoning. I actually bake the gnocchi and sausage tho! So good. Congrats on your engagement!! :)
