Entertaining and informative production George! My Armenian grandmom used to make the lamb dish with green beans. She called it Fasulia Geragoor! We usually ate it during the winter and she used tomatoes from her garden she had canned in jars during harvest time. Now I'm hungry!!

Wonderful video! I was very happy to see Koula in this video; I actually used a recipe book she co-wrote heavily for my doctoral project on the Mediterranean diet, and focused heavily on recipes from Crete. I would love to meet her and/or take a cooking class from her one day
