Ingredients for Mohanthal recipe :
2 cup-Besan/Gram flour (200 g)
3 tbsp (45 g) + ¾ cup (150g) Ghee
3 tbsp (45 ml) + 1/2 Cup (100 ml) Milk
For Sugar Syrup:
1 Cup Sugar (200g)
¾ Cup water (150 ml)
¼ tsp saffron (15-20 stands)
1 tsp Cardamom powder
For Garnish- Handful of chopped nuts (I used pistachios and Almond)

U can store it in the fridge for about 20 days. But outside, if the weather is cool then about 5/6 days. Hope this helps :)
