Pichola Tani Happa is located near Assam border ... come under Banderdewa circle district papum pare Arunachal pradesh India.... in this small village you will find many local Ornaments artist who are very talented and god gifted and most interestingly they don't have machine and modern equipment despite that they can make beautiful traditional Ornaments as you can see in this video.....which is unbelievable!
