Day of the dead bread, a delightful bread that has a mild sweetness and a slight orange flavour and aroma which can only be paired with a delicious cup of hot chocolate.
This bread is such a treat, I used to eat them when I was little and after I learned how to bake them I had a new found respect for the tradition and effort that goes into making this wonderful bread

Recipe for two 15cm breads
250g A.P. Flour
70g granulated sugar
50g butter
1/2 tsp orange blossom water
12g fresh yeast
1 egg + 1 yolk
70ml whole milk
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp salt
Decoration:
35g butter, melted
40g sugar
