This delicious seafood one pot meal is a must for anyone that visits this region. We love how simple and quick this seafood dish is to make!

I am a year late and new to the channel, but I went to Portugal with my friend from Spain 5 years ago. It was expensive but worth every penny. The fish is so fresh. Moqueica is from Brazil and almost like it but with palm oil.

It definitely is, and so easy to make! Some restaurants will have this on their menu, that's where we had it the very first time.

I know a fair amount about cooking but have much to learn. I have never heard of a Cataplana pot but clearly has some advantages. That seafood looks amazing.

Yes! Actually, just the other day Alice gave us a bottle of the Limoncello Sergio was making in the video.... Debbie drank it all already!

Green caps will make you burp and you’ll be tasting it a few hours later, don’t put green caps in.( capsicum- peppers as you yanks would call them ) Portuguese born raised in Australia last 52 years I know my food, meu dues (omg)looks like how my mum used to make it, compliments to the chef .
