If Urad dal and green chillies combined, a tasty, spicy and crunchy meal time sendiges can be prepared. These sendiges are best companions for meal or rice porridge. These sendiges are put on a big leaf of a tuber vegetable called giant Taro. But in absence of these leaves, banana leaf can also be used. After they are spread, need to be dried in 4-5 best sunlights, so that they can be stored upto an year. Fry in the hot oil whenever you required to use it.

Green chilli 4kg
Salt to taste 1cup
Required water
Coconut oil for deep fry
