Today, I invite you into my home, into the heart of our Ramadan celebration, for an iftar with the simple joy of breaking bread together.
In this special episode, I curated menu of 10 dishes, from the comforting embrace of an Ottoman soup that warms the soul, to the layers of flavors in eggplant kebab and the hearty satisfaction of "orman kebabı" - a forest kebab. Alongside, I will serve olive oil broad beans, assorted salads, crescent and chicken breast pudding desserts. And not to forget, the quintessential su börek, standing as the centerpiece for our feast.

I've made something similar to the water borek. Its a 14th Century recipe called Loysens. Yummy stuff. OMG that lemonade yum. I'm sure you and your guests enjoyed every delicious looking item! Tamadan Mubarek to you and yours!
