After experimenting with different ingredients many times, I reached this recipe. No more outsourcing. This recipe is just right. A recipe that you can prepare in a very short time. You can increase or decrease the amount of pain if you want. It's up to your enjoyment. One thing I forgot to add while shooting the video, I added 4 pieces of ice while kneading. You can also increase the ice if you want a more watery consistency.
Materials
5 cups fine bulgur
2.5 cups of boiling water
1 large onion
4-5 pieces of garlic
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of chili paste
1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon isot
half a teaspoon of ground red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
1 cup grated tomatoes
4 pieces of ice
