A return to Tradition is the answer. I know many of us didn't know that by accepting "protestant" style worship & ways, music and ideas to make them accept us or return to Catholicsm, We corrupted our own Faith. We are to blame. Traditional Catholicsm is key!

Esatto. Ho l'impressione che quest'ondata carismatica, non è altro che un cavallo di Troia per introdurre nella chiesa cattolica, modi di pregare, di pensare e di agire da protestanti.

No total opposite. We need to remain traditional while welcoming the charisms of the Holy Spirit in appropriate ways.

I heard a priest say, "worry about your own job first" - I am. Guilty of criticising others and spending way too. Much time. On that stuff. Time for me to go make use of my. Time

I know charismatics who are wonderful Catholics. But that does not negate the fact of how Trad Catholics have been and still are treated by the church.

I’m a Catholic Charismatic since 1974 and I demonize no one, nor do my friends. I ache for unity in the Church and prayers for our Holy Father. We must reach out to others in welcome while remaining authentically Catholic. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given for the upbuilding of the Church, not to divide it. As charismatics we have been ignored, laughed at, criticized and misunderstood yet we are faithful, loyal, other focused and obedient to the teachings of the Church. Anyone tearing at others is tearing at the Body of Christ, Himself. The Pope has just spoken to CHARIS in Rome. He has told us to offer Life in the Spirit Seminars. To “Baptize” people in the Holy Spirit, to evangelize. Why are Bishops and Pastors not doing this? Why are Seminarians not experiencing this? Until the Church surrenders to the Holy Spirit, we will have problems. 🙏

Ecco la contraddizione evidente nel tuo discorso : "... Io non demonizzo nessuno...", ma alla fine aggiungi : "... finchè la chiesa non si arrenderà allo Spirito Santo". Dunque la chiesa così comè o come è sempre stata sbaglia ? Non ha lo spirito.? Solo voi carismatici lo avete e lo potete far avere a tutti gli altri ? Attenzione a non avvicinarsi all'eresia. Ecco dov'è il problema, caro fratello nella fede. Questa sottile tentazione a cui cedete : quella di essere convinti che la vostra spiritualità sia il meglio per tutti, anzi il futuro della chiesa e quindi anche chi non è d'accordo con voi deve cambiare idea. Ti do un umile consiglio. Non interpretare un discorso del papa come una regola di fede infallibile o un insegnamento obbligatorio per tutti. Non è così. Studia un pó di teologia spirituale o gli scritti di alcuni santi come : san Tommaso d'Aquino, sant'Agostino, santa Teresa d'Avila, sant'Alfonso dei Liguori ma soprattutto san Giovanni della croce e scoprirai cosè la VERA SPIRITUALITA' CATTOLICA, abbandonando tante false certezze che hai...

Dico solo che bisogna leggere bene l'enciclica di Giovanni Paolo II : "fides et ratio" per evitare il fideismo e la deriva fondamentalista pentecostale. NOI SIAMO CATTOLICI E NON ABBIAMO BISOGNO DI IMITARE GLI ERRORI E LE ERESIE DEGLI ALTRI se vogliamo diventare santi. Leggi anche il "trattato della vera devozione..." di san Luigi M. Grignon di Monfort e capirai quale è l'unica via sicura, vera e efficace per raggiungere questo risultato !

Mi dispiace molto dirlo, ma in base alla mia esperienza anche quì in Italia, chi innesca il problema sono certi carismatici (non tutti grazie a Dio). Se li lasciassimo fare trasformerebbero in pochi decenni la chiesa cattolica in un grande caos pentecostale. Sono insofferenti alle direttive della gerarchia e al magistero quando insegnano cose che non gli piacciono. Non sopportano la vera liturgia e l'insegnamento tradizionale sui sacramenti, ma anche la "correzione fraterna" da parte di chi vede chiaramente certi loro errori. Hanno scarsa o nessuna devozione per i santi, gli angeli e in qualche caso anche per la Vergine Maria che non accettano come Mediatrice di tutte le grazie. A molti di loro non piace il rosario e quando c'è l'esposizione del SS. mo Sacramento sono insofferenti all'adorazione tradizionale. Cedono facilmente al sentimentalismo e all'emotività, correndo facilmente il rischio di andare incontro a illusioni e autoinganni ecc. ecc. Dopo tutto questo vi meravigliate che i cattolici tradizionali non li approvano ? Anche nella parte tradizionalista ci sono dei difetti, bisogna ammetterlo, ma, in tante altre cose hanno assolutamente ragione.

Didnt st. Faustina say Jesus wanted to sit in her hand a little longer during one mass? I see my walk in the eucharistic line like the brides walk down the isle! All of us are His! Thank you for your great Mercy Lord!

I guess a good a way to learn from the Saints is maybe to study several of their lives and communications with Jesus & Mother Mary throughout Church History looking for patterns of consistency in their messages when it comes to specific topics like the Blessed Sacrament /Eucharist and other key aspects of our faith. I know many Saints have various and deeply personal experiences with God, but there are consistencies when it comes to certain topics. I would disregard those specific notes about a certain aspect of ge faith that seem to be outliers or contradict the majority of saintly wisdom. So I'm not saying to disregard St. Faustina entirely, maybe just this aspect of her inspiration. I am a Traditional Catholic who prays Divine Mercy chaplet and has studied her diary. I was also part of the Charismatic movement early on in my reversion. I believe the praise & worship, and spiritual gifts are good but in their proper context (Not in the Mass) but rather after being sent. And also, to be under proper order authority and under spiritual direction by solid traditional council. If that makes sense? ❤🙏😇

I go to Latin mass and take the host on my tongue. I just really don't want others to feel wrong coming to Jesus. I started at Norvis Ordo Mass with host in hand. It took much reading and a nudge from my son to see the reverence of receiving Jesus on my tongue.

@@julianahunt8996 I don't want anyone to feel wrong coming to Jesus either. That's why proper catechesis and preparation to recieve Jesus is crucial. It can be done with Charity and welcoming without lacking clarity and precision. When people who truly want to love & honor God have a right understanding it's natural that they would want to take great care & reverence. Like you & I have come to understand, by the teaching and cousel of others. (I too was raised in Novus Ordo. ) It's up to those tasked with preparing them to explain & teach well and us setting the right example in practice. 😇🙏✝️🥰
