Not only that every region has different kind of foods. But foreigners mainly consider north indian food as indian. Because most migrants are Punjabis. Therefore They don't know how diverse our food culture is. Every state has its unique tastes and items. But all they know is butter chicken and biryani. ( Not offended just saying)

Those stuffed Naan is actually Naan Parratha. I consider them Stuffed Rohti. :) So good. My favorite is the butter Parattha and Allu Parattha. :)

ByRWZY I know. But they don’t understand and I didn’t explain it right. Too lazy I guess. When I make Parratha, I use Lion brand flour, whole wheat. When I make Naan I use yeast.

Dude, I LOVE Indian food. It is one of most flavorful, complex, aromatoc cuisines in the world! You guys should also try coast African seafood! And also some fusion food! There's a blasian dude with a Jamaican/Korean fusion restaurant and it's the bomb!
