Leuk dat jullie een kijkje nemen op mijn kookkanaal.
Vandaag deel ik zoetig snack nl, Gulung Gulung. Een heerlijk gevulde pannenkoeken met kokosvulling.
Wat heb je nodig:
- 250 gram bloem
- 400 gram kokosmelk
- ong. 500-600 ml water (aanlengen met water tot een dun beslag)
- snufje zout
- 2 tl pandanpasta
- 1 tl cola essence
- 2 tl rodekleurstof
Kokosvullling:
- 400 gram geraspte kokos (diepvries)
- 200 gram gula djawa ( optioneel: mix van lichtbruin en donkerbruine gula djawa)
- 3 stuks pandbladeren
- 50 ml water
Today I am sharing a sweet snack called Gulung Gulung. A delicious filled pancake with coconut filling.
What do you need:
- 250 grams of flour
- 400 grams coconut milk
- approx. 500-600 ml water (dilute with water to form a thin batter)
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp pandan paste
- 1 tsp cola essence
- 2 tsp red food coloring
coconut filling:
- 400 grams grated coconut (frozen)
- 200 grams gula djawa (optional: mixture of light brown and dark brown gula djawa)
- 3 pieces of pandan leaves
- 50 ml of water
Hari ini saya membagikan jajanan manis yang bernama Gulung Gulung. Pancake isi yang lezat dengan isian kelapa.
Apa yang kamu butuhkan:
- 250 gram tepung terigu
- 400 gram santan
- kira-kira. 500-600 ml air (encerkan dengan air hingga membentuk adonan tipis)
- sejumput garam
- 2 sdt pasta pandan
- 1 sdt esens cola
- 2 sdt pewarna makanan merah
isi kelapa:
- 400 gram kelapa parut (beku)
- 200 gram gula jawa (optional: campuran gula jawa coklat muda dan coklat tua)
- 3 lembar daun pandan
- 50 ml air

We call it "Dadar Gulung" not Gulung Gulung.. Dadar means omelet.. Gulung means roll.. We make the eggs into an omelette.. N then we roll the eggs.. Right? We call Omelette is "Telur Dadar" n we call Sunny Side Up is "Telur Ceplok".. I'm Javanese-Indonesian.. Nice to see u.. 🙏 If u said "Gulung Gulung" in Java-Indonesia, that means when you fall and roll around then people call u "Gulung Gulung".. wkwk 😂 Really funny, right?? btw Mbak, sampean bisa ngomong Jawa?? 🤔

Thanks for your great explanation. I was born in Suriname. I speak Javanese with Surinamese influences. Unfortunately, our Javanese language, the so-called "street language" that we learned from our ancestors, has never been further developed. For example, our dishes, such as Surinamese Javanese noodles, fried rice, chicken ketjap, are made differently from Javanese-Indonesian. Another example, here we call our chicken soup "Saoto" instead of Soto Ayam. They are made in 10 or more different ways, which is very different from the Indonesian version.
