Use notch in lid for the probe and a bulldog clip on grill just inside lid to hold it in place by notch

Nice one that looks dynamite. I used my Ranger for the first time last week. I done a 7 kilo American brisket turned out amazing. Gonna do some nice cowboys this weekend. I’ll try your cook cheers.
