Rack of lamb. Cross hatch on the fat.
Salt, Pepper, Sage, Garlic, Olive Oil
225 F over hickory with Super Smoke on the Traeger, until internal temp of 150 F. Seared and basted in brown butter.
Really delicious! 😋 Absolutely worth it! 🍖
