Yep, they lock shut and lock to the base! Snug Fit too

I dig that you added the Packouts to the Jeep. I use the shortest one for electrical, the center one for tool roll stuff Excellent Video, and it's great to see you in the shop again 🤘😁

Checked out your Jeep at the Jeep show in Carlisle. Very nice build overall. I have three 20mm ammo cans that I've used in the back of mine but debating on switching to something like you have set up. Dry storage solutions in short wheel base Jeeps is always a chore.

Hey there I just finished all of your videos, love the channel! Did you do the 4 link and 3 link? There wasn’t much content on them, and in the first video it was done already. Just wanted to know how you set it up, and what’s the ride height? Maybe a walk thru on why you did what you did? I’ve got a 55 Willy’s pick up and wanting to 4 link it as well and get some insight.

Yep I did do all the suspension on the jeep prior to KZfaq. I do plan on doing a full walk around and I can go into detail on some subjects. It may be towards end of October tho!

I knew this question would come up! So without the upper Pack Out box locked in.. There is actually tons of room to get the nozzle back into the fuel cell. Its how I have been filling the Jeep with the wooden cargo rack installed. Now, lets say I run out of fuel and have to use a can, well.... lets just hope I don't run out of fuel! With a 19 gallon fuel cell and the type of trips I go on, it shouldn't be an issue. But cheap insurance, in the future im going to add a ez access plate above the cell for that scenario.

So Iv never played with those pack outs before, but Iv always been skeptical if they would hold up in my rig. The all plastic clips to hold it together just seemed like a fail point when I’m rock bouncing up a rock face or smashing whoops at the dunes. What’s your opinion would they hold up or are they more for a true rock buggy that’s just out tip towing around

How do you add gas with the party lid on?

At the pump the nozzle fits under the lid pretty easily, but for a Jerry Can situation im going to have to add an acsess panel. I will include that soon!
