Come lo era stato per il Marocco, pure a sto giro l'idea è venuta fuori "a caso". O meglio, parlando con Ettore (sempre lui c'è di mezzo...) la cosa è nata un po' così: ok sci alpinismo, ok arrampicata, ok alpinismo, ok sci in pista, ok bici, ok snowboard, ok farsi qualche corsetta per tenersi in forma, ma una garetta di Trail Running non la vogliamo fare?

Detto, fatto. Pre-iscrizione approvata. Iscrizione pure. Ed ecco il team #TofaneAColazione pronto alla battaglia!
In questo video-poco-video troverete quel poco che ho registrato durante la gara, le foto che invece ho fatto più numerose, e postato in diretta su Instagram (volevo il premio come most social runner)!
E' un "racconto" personale di quel che abbiamo vissuto, e dalle nostre facce (e da quelle di chi ci ha accompagnato) si vede tutta l'emozione di aver portato a termine una "follia" del genere.
Che a tanti sembra una follia, ma alla partenza ci sono 1400 altri folli insieme a te. E poi ci sono quelli che fanno la 80k...e la 120k!
Insomma, non siamo proprio pochi come folli.
Ormai qualche garetta l'abbiamo portata a casa, ma questa è stata sicuramente la più emozionante. E ora, con molto ritardo, mentre sta per iniziare la stagione 2024, ripercorriamo questa gara per darci la carica!
Ringraziamenti doverosi a Fede ed Ile che ci hanno supportato e sopportato in tutti questi mesi.
Ai nostri genitori per il tifo sfrenato e l'assistenza in gara!
Ma anche a ‪@Personalrunningcoach‬ Roberto Martini, perché seguendo tutti gli insegnamenti del suo libro siamo arrivati in fondo a questa gara con tanta energia e ce la siamo proprio goduta fino all'ultimo metro! Eravamo talmente pronti da non esser quasi stanchi alla fine!
E grazie alla nutrizionista Giulia Galtarossa ( / giulia.nutrizionista ) per il percorso di preparazione che mi ha fatto fare, e per la tabella di gara che è stata perfetta!
La rifaremo? Sì, già iscritti per la 2024. Alzeremo il tiro? Non si sa mai. Una 80k prima o poi...

As it was for Morocco, this time too the idea came up "by chance". It is a personal "story" of what we experienced, and from our faces (and those of those who accompanied us) you can see all the emotion of having completed such a "madness".
Which seems crazy to many, but at the start there are 1400 other crazy people with you. And then there are those who do the 80k...and the 120k!
In short, there are quite a few of us who are crazy.
We've brought home a few races by now, but this was certainly the most exciting. And now, as the 2024 season is about to begin, let's look back at this race to recharge ourselves!

To our parents for the unbridled cheering and assistance during the race!
But also to Roberto Martini, because following all the teachings in his book we got to the end of this race with a lot of energy and we really enjoyed it until the last metre! We were so ready that we were almost not tired at the end!
And thanks to the nutritionist Giulia Galtarossa for the preparation process that she made me do, and for the competition schedule which was perfect!
Will we do it again? Yes, already signed up for 2024. Will we raise the bar? You never know. An 80k sooner or later...
