dtg has nothing to do with the development the only thing involved in the 218 is the marketing and nothing more. you should give the praise to train sim germany

No freight. The substitution system doesn't work because the 218 is underpowered so 2 can't sub into 1

It should be possible to drive this train on all other maps where the DBpbzf double deck is Operated. The Same was Possible with the Br 111 from Rosenheim. For freight, you only can hope for some small Special Freight or atleast ''Rescue'' Missions for Hamburg only, but it wont be Useable in Normal Freight because not enough Power.

The tracks are too long for high speed unfortunately and we don't know if the license extends to outside of high speed. Sometimes the license is very specific

If you think everything is identical, then you need glasses Uk and Germany is where the licenses are. If you want another country, make it yourself or join the 3rd party team.
