Train Simulator 2017 | Down By The Bay! | BR Class 143 (Moleman Live)

After driving a Class 150 along the Tarka Line, I decided to, for some reason, dive into the cab of the ever-lovable Pacer! So, without further ado, here's me driving on a Cardiff Queen Street to Cardiff Bay shuttle service!

Although the Pacers are the most recent railbuses built, BR had single unit railbuses, which were last used on passenger work when the last steam loco was gone, but used in departmental work until 1997! These pacers are planned to be replaced by London A stock that has been rebuilt into DMUs as the class 230! 1:18 Train washes aren't common in the uS! they were used in the 1940s and 50s, but they're only at Amtrak's biggest yards! 2:01 I don't kile unmarked speed limits, that don't show up on the HUD! This must be the slowest limit in all of the official TS routes! I want to see a MoleMainline pacer or a molemainline TGV! It would be cool if somebody made the original Pacer (the class 140) is Train Simulator!

+Molenan978 Cardiff bay shuttle service is operated using a "dogbox" class 153. I HATE both pacers and 153's

Bay line will be rebuilt with new stations and will be electrified with new Stadler trains in 2023, track doubling and extension to the millennium centre.

+Moleman978 1. Out of all the Pacers, which one looks the best? (None isn't a choice - I'd say the 144) 2. It takes 4 minutes to get the train from and costs £1.90 for an adult (1 way) and 95p for a child. :P cheaper than a bus

The class 143 pacer in train simulator sounds nothing like a pacer from real life. Buy the class 142 pack from Armstrong powerhouse install it then the pacer will actually sound like a real pacer.

It is in the ATW livery, but the train itself is still classified as the British Rail Class 143

Nahhhh.... they're OK. Certainly not the flagship of the Northern Fleet, but still good in the fact that they're brtitish made, unlike the plastic european crap we get today

Nope. Love em' :) Sure they are a pain in the back side when commuting, but when your travelling for pleasure, they are great fun. The clickety clack over rail joints the general thrum of the engine and the fact that it is made of metal rather than the crappy plastic ones we get these days. I..... I just love trains :D

Used to, dont you mean? The bubble car was sent of for scrap at the end of last year. It is currently operated by what you see here or otherwise a 150 unit
