I have been training with multiple people, mostly experienced individuals and some professionals. There was one specific person who reminded me a lot of Kai. What impressed me the most was that he used to be my father's training partner when he trained in bodybuilding. Now, he was also training with me. I can't emphasize enough how meticulously he followed the training routines, replicating every step just like Kai. I was watching a video, and it dawned on me that this person was mirroring Kai's training method exactly, down to the smallest detail. Even the supersets he incorporated were strikingly similar to those in Kai's videos

I feel like Kai is a bodybuilding master monk, and his students are also monks. I am also a bodybuilding student monk like them. Actually spiritual presence / awareness is the center of my life. Bodybuilding is the external expression of my life.

Funny how it works, been follwing Kai from the begining, I even have him as a "friend" on facebook, friend, not fan, back when facebook friends were capped at roughly 3500 or so. And following him to this day. All this to say, THESE seasons were the best of Kai Greene. If you find anything as thorough as this. Please @ me in those. Thank you Kai
