I love trainers.. I flew mine last summer via FPV. During the summer, isn't wasn't uncommon for me to fly 1/2 hour to 45 minutes in thermals while the motor ran at idle. I would fly 1/4 mile away at times... I ripped the wings off of it in a fast dive and pulled up hard. Wind got underneath the leading edge, off she came... ;) Trainers are fun.

I have just bought a brand new OS 52 FOURSTROKE SURPASS ENGINE and im thinking of putting it onto a seagull boomerang v2 trainer with a wingspan of 61 inches. I still prefer the sound of a fourstroke engine over an electric motor even though i fly both. This was flown nicely by Captain Blaz and of course Robert it needed your photographic skills and humour to finish it off. Well done to you both.

In the early days, I used to use a rubber foot made for steel tubular chairs. There were different diameters, so you could stuff one smaller one inside a larger one. Mine lasted for more than 10 years.
