I was wondering the same thing. All the equipment need it and all looks like you need to have a "gym memebership" to use or do most of them anyways. Like the other guy said. Best of luck.

Thank you for your comment! I don't know how everyone is finding this video, but we (Ignite Fitness in Cary NC) do not offer online personal training for $100/month. We offer one-on-one personal training (live, in real life) and this app is a complimentary service for our regular clients. For those not interested in meeting with a personal trainer every week, we offer this service (4 weeks of workouts) for $75/mo, which includes a monthly 1-hour live session with the trainer. That said, I've seen many online personal trainers who charge $100/month or more, which is probably based on the amount of hours they spend each month developing and reviewing your program. If it's a "cookie cutter program" and you have very little contact with the trainer, then yes, it would be ridiculously overpriced and you might as well just follow a program from bodybuilding.com.

IgniteCary thank you for the reply. I did. But the equipments and tools that are need it I dont have and i looks like paying for the gym is required to do some of this exercise. I know it might work for some but it doesn't look like it will for me. Best o f luck again.

Although I don't know who directed you here, they should be able to accommodate anyone with little or no equipment. For instance, when a client of ours goes on vacation, we have bodyweight exercise routines they can follow. Of course, these people are looking for programs specific to their strengths, weaknesses and limitations - or specific to their sport. If you're looking for free/low-cost exercise options, many people like fitnessblender.com. This is a great option if your goal is general health and fitness, muscle endurance, or weight loss. If you're more serious about strength training, I'd highly recommend picking up a bench and set of dumbbells (5-50lbs to start). If you're ready for exercises like barbell squats and deadlifts, a power rack and barbell set should also be on your list. Good luck!

it varies for each trainer. And, an inperson trainer is more expensive
