How to train a Shetland pony! Teddy was 5 months old when we got him and Podge our little lodger is currently 8 months old. An insight into how we train them from day one. We also talk about more complex things such as how we get Teddy to lie down for photos and got him used to clapping for his public appearances, making him the bombproof pony he is today! Teddy is a therapy pony and visits Shooting Star Chase Hospice on a regular basis, as well as doing a lot of charity work. He is a very special pony and makes people smile wherever he goes.
