You'd look at this and think why would anyone want to do this to themselves but it's just the best feeling in the world. I've just had two weeks off due to an elbow injury and it's feeling better so can't wait for Monday to go back and completely torture myself!!! 🤣🤣 49 soon, been doing this for 30 years!!

Try lifting legs off ground and crossing them while benching, a tip a Olympic trainer told/showed me ,a good way to see/ gain results kind regards😊😊

This is horrific advice and hopefully you didn't follow it. The idea behind it is to 'isolate' the pecs. Problem is the bench press is a compound movement therefore you can never fully isolate the chest. Your legs are your power base and provide much needed stability. Drive your heels through the floor when benching, using a slow eccentric with a deep stretch and pause at the bottom before pressing up to lockout. You're welcome.

@PaulVenisoffical It's not so how much weight it's how you lift it, and pushing to failure is what builds muscle 💪 as you know, mate! Rather than lifting a lot of weight only once.
