Hey thanks for the content 🙂I was wondering, if and how it is possible to integrate strength training as this is also very important for ultra endurance cycling and will make you fatigue / injury resistant. Especially for even longer events when neck, shoulders & co become problematic. I normally do 2 sessions / week in addition to the cycling training. Any suggestions :-) ?
