40 years ago my dad was in a car accident that left him with 3 fractured vertebra in his neck. According to his doctors, he should've been a paraplegic. Thanx to the expertise of the first responders and the hospital staff who took care of him, he never had one surgery and was put into traction for the better part of 6 months. 18 months later he was back on the construction site, doing physical, manual building work. Other than the occasional visit to the chiropractor, he never had any problems with his back and neck. The only sign of the accident was that the max he could turn his head was 45° from centre. My mom had a backache one day, ended up at a surgeon, who ended up giving her a spinal fusion, much to my dad's protestations. A few years later she needed and went for another fusion and a few years after that, needed another. Out of desperation she decided to see my dad's chiro who, 11 years later has kept her out of the inevitable surgery that a surgeon would recommend, because he makes more money off surgery than recommending strength training. My mom's will be 66 tomorrow and I keep telling her about the benefits of strength training because I believe it will help her, but she's a stubborn old mare and is set in her ways, so the chiro will be on the payroll until we bury one or both of them. If there's one thing I agree with Rip on, its that people are willing to eat the plate of shit a doctor tells you to eat without as much as getting a second opinion or exploring alternatives. All that other shit about masking and Covid conspiracies is all blah, blah, blah to me at this stage. I won't be looking to him for advice on Covid but I respect his knowledge on what we come here for... getting stronger.

You don't need an ACL to squat lmao - I am 53 and been squatting since I was 15 and have no knee problems. I also 'need' knee surgeries for multiple meniscus tears in both knees and bone fragment problems in one knee (big as auto accident). Squat right and you will never have a problem with your knees and your knees won't hurt. I squat weekly for reps in the mid 400's natural.

Hit this video to learn about the topic/title. But hit LIKE the moment I heard the very first sentence about government responsibility in creating pandemic panic and in limiting access to health services/procedures . ❤

I would bet $50 that that 1st doctor did not make a blanket statement of "you need surgery ASAP!". Just like, despite common parlance, doctors do not make definitive proclamations of "months to live".

Why is Rip so insanely anti-mask? He calls it intellectually lazy, but then says it’s ceding authority to the government. He loves to say more people aren’t dying but that is clearly and evidently proven incorrect. He says masks don’t work but like all anti maskers presents no evidence for it. Rip also loves to proclaim every doctor wrong based on his diagnosis of the issue having read a question off of the internet. Honestly this pandemic has made Rip go fully off the rails. A man who proclaims to be logical and evidence based has now fully gone down the rabbit hole of believing that everything that pops into his head and dribbles out of his mouth is unimpeachable wisdom. Funny how trying times reveal the best and worst in people.

He turned out to be quite a dissapointment in terms of the pandemic. He clearly can't cope with something uncontrollable such as the coronavirus, so it's obviously Fauci's and the government's fault that he's feeling threatened with his dumbass offspring. Not very strong or manly if you ask me. 👎

The years after COVID have proven him quite correct, masks were a high-visibility solution for the governments of the world to control panic levels within the gullible masses without actually doing what they were touted to be doing.

That's complete rubbish, I had a total ACL rupture. As a result my knee completely stopped functioning. No flexion, no movement, couldn't bend it, couldn't stand. This man is lying when he says "no ACL for 20+ years."

@Ein Sof Aur No. You are wrong. You clearly do not know what the word "verbatim" means. Allow me to help you... Verbatim: in exactly the same words as were used originally So, as I said...verbatim...Anthony Fauci did not say "do not wear a mask". Also... Rewatch that video. Fauci clearly says there is no need for the average person to wear a mask "right now". You see that? RIGHT NOW. As in, this mask wearing advice may change later. Fauci also says that healthcate workers SHOULD WEAR MASKS. If masks "did not work" or had "zero efficacy", why in hell would healthcare workers wear them at all?

@@cmack17 He originally said N 95 masks. People freaked out because there was a shortage so he had to backtrack and say that they are useless. Then people get freaked out and asked him about it so he started telling people that masks are effective and you could wear them.
