This is great. Riding with Connor is pretty darned cool. I've never tried downhill sprints. Uphill is a challenge, but downhill? Gosh, that looks hard!

This is great content. Connor is king and seeing how he trains is golden. Bryce, why not use that base of BMX racing to see what you can do on MTB DH jump tracks. Even without racing in a 3 years, you are probably much faster than most MTBr's and you are comfortable taking jumps at speed. Let's see what you can do on Dirt Merchant or A-line. I think you'd more than hold your own.

That is a brower timing system, which is definitely the industry standard at the Olympic level. For a cheaper option I would look at tracktronics and freelap

On the downhill sprints, how far apart were the cones? On the uphill sprints, how BIG was the BIG gear? That thing looked HUGE!!!

I just went along with Connor and didn't get the exact measurements or gear. I think if you want the distance the best way would be to count how many pedals. As for the gear up hill that thing was the hardest I've ever ridden that is for sure!

We both grew up racing on the national level. So I don't remember exactly but I think we just slowly got to know each other more, then in 2013 when we went to new Zealand together we hung out more and got closer. Then when I moved in with him in 2016 I think we became really good friends then
