A summer Thursday, 17th August 1989, and a record of train movements in and around Salisbury station. The video concentrates on loco-hauled traffic with any multiple-units captured as incidental. Class 50s on passenger trains predominate, supported by the odd Class 47. Class 56s in evidence on ARC/ Yeoman traffic.

The final two shots were taken from an over bridge at Grateley, just to the east of Sailsbury itself, and feature 50 005 Collingwood.
