(16 Sep 2017) "TRAINSPOTTING" STAR KELLY MACDONALD AND TRAVIS MUSICIAN DOUGIE PAYNE CONFIRM THEY'VE SEPARATED
"Trainspotting" and "Brave" star Kelly Macdonald has separated from her husband, Travis bassist Dougie Payne.
The pair released a statement on Saturday (16 SEPTEMBER) through their publicist, saying, "athough they preferred to keep the information private, actress Kelly Macdonald and musician Douglas Payne separated several months ago and are united in the co-parenting of their two children. Please respect their privacy at this time."
Both Macdonald and Payne were born in Glasgow, Scotland and were married in 2003. They have two sons.
Macdonald will next be seen in British film "Goodbye Christopher Robin", directed by Simon Curtis. The film is due to be released in the UK and US on 13 October 2017.
