The sound of American Muscle That's what the student parking lot sounded like every day at 3:00 PM when I was in high school. The good old days. Nothing is quite as much fun as installing a window regulator and praying that you don't shatter an expensive piece of glass.

What a car to cut your teeth in ! Not only does it not have room to get your hands into but the rubber strips can be a little bit of a pain. Then making sure that the window fits tight enough to have no air gap is also a little tricky as well !

Martin, you're an intrepid soul. Putting in a window regulator and power winder is only surpassed by cleaning the cylinder pots on a Corvair engine for misery. Being a Canadian mechanic, I've had to do this job numerous times and still carry the scars to prove it. Your friend gets so excited being on camera that he regresses to a four-year-old. Good thing you've trained to be a Grandad. Your son Jimmy has really transformed (get it?) the look of this car. LOL. Kudos to him. Thank you.
