Today we're talking with Scott Newgent, founder of TReVoices and outspoken advocate against child transgender "treatments." Most famously, Scott was an interviewee in Matt Walsh's documentary "What Is a Woman?" where she surprised audiences by being a "trans man" standing up against the trans agenda. Scott shares her story of deciding to transition, from being affirmed that she was a man later in life to getting multiple surgeries that have now left her in a complicated health situation. We talk about the activist business model and why she believes the trans agenda is far different from pre-2015, when people were advocating for the legalization of gay marriage. We cover whether she regrets transitioning and why she doesn't care what pronouns people use for her. We'll also ask the question: Will people ever wake up from this and start protecting kids?

I agree. Idk if I could have done that. I'm conservative and never went around saying my opinions on gays nor condemned them. If asked, I would have, but when it's pushed they're born that way I push back saying that's just one theory and not proven. Scott's premise is contrary otherwise you'd have to say someone is born in the wrong body then. She's right about there being different kinds of femininity and masculinity though but that doesn't mean you're a lesbian or queer. He even admits he could have had some trauma. I pray Scott comes to Christ.

It's funny, I didn't notice that Scott Newgent said much that was negative about evangelicals/conservatives. But people are much more sensitive to criticism of their own group. And I'm not an evangelical or conservative. The comments he made seemed accurate, but they are just about what SOME evangelicals/conservatives say. Not all of them, and it isn't aimed at you personally.

As a Christian who holds many of the same views as you, Allie, with a mom who sits somewhere in the middle, and a sister who is completely on the other side, I so so appreciated this interview. I shared it with my mom, my sister won't speak to me currently, but my hope is that my mom will share it with my sister. I so appreciate that this interview wasn't a debate, it was an interview, with unbiased questions, and honest answers and truly thoughtful and intelligent conversation. Scott makes SO MANY great points. She really is a fantastic human being, and truly cares so much about the children who are being harmed by this. There needs to be more between a child feeling like there's something wrong with them, and the transition. We need to be having conversations with these children, really talking about the side effects, and the lifelong challenges they will face if they decide to go through it. Just such a great episode. Scott spoke at the million child march in my hometown of Windsor Ontario Canada, and I am sad to say that I wasn't able to be there. I love and respect Scott so much.

Thank you for praying for my sister. If everyone has a kind loving heart. To understand Kellie’s sin is no worse than anyone else’s. The thing is I believe God works through her and in time I pray my sister will except it. As Christians all we can do is not judge love and pray and try to understand everyone has their problems, BUT you half to see how brave it is to do what she is doing. It tears me up every time I think or talk about it because it’s such a major deal to do what she’s doing and I’m proud of her.I’m so happy to see a lot of positive comments on this because I do believe when she understands about the Lord and Savior. But those who judge need to not!!! adulting better is the main thing and saving children🙏❤
@ari3lz3pp
@ari3lz3pp 9 ай бұрын
@@kariking1375We do need to prioritize saving children. You can't do that if you don't judge even you are judging these situations as bad things the doctors that are doing it as doing bad.... The Bible says you shouldn't judge if you are not ready to be judged yourself and it calls us to not be hypocrites. Calling trans ideology bad is not hypocritical for people that are not engaged in spreading the ideology or enabling it..... A lot of verses from the Bible when taken out of context are used to mislead people into poor choices. We are even asked to judge fellow Christians more harshly since they have the tools given through salvation and we need to edify one another. To be truthful is loving and kind. And Christian. You cannot have truth and absence of judgement. But this is also why we are asked to judge actions, not motivation because only the Lord knows 100% the motivations in someone's heart. Take care.❤

Where does the scripture say that we will be given sexed bodies? The righteous will be given new, eternal bodies, but we know nothing more. I cannot imagine what use an eternal gendered body will be seeing as we will not have spouses, conceive or be intimate.....

@@keltay188 Scripturally speaking, you are correct. And it seems reasonable to imagine that we might have genders.... However as we have no scripture backing this up, it doesn't make sense to tell that to someone as gospel truth. You have to make it clear that is your opinion/interpretation.
@priceaboverubies90
@priceaboverubies90 9 ай бұрын
@@LavenderGardenia Jesus' body when he rose from the dead is the example of the glorified body we will be given. 1 Corinthians speaks of this. And God made us 2 sexes, new heaven will be our us in our God given images without sin. The fact Jesus didn't come back as a floating sexless orb is proof of this. When we were made in the image of God, it ties back to Christ. We will not be raised as angels lol we will be humans made perfect after judgemental. You sound very influenced by the times and eager to hear something that fits current worldviews. God stays the same.
@LavenderGardenia
@LavenderGardenia 9 ай бұрын
@@priceaboverubies90 @priceaboverubies90 No. I don't subscribe to that worldly garbage. There are only two genders. I think you have misunderstood my point. Although I acknowledged I can see why you would think this, you do not have a concrete scripture that tells you it's a fact. It's down to your interpretation. Because of this, it is unwise to say "this is what will happen" unless you can back it up. For instance, " we will have a new incorruptible body" . Agreed. Some angels were referred to as he so I don't know what you mean there. When Christ rose on earth, was he not in his earthly body with the scars? If you are referring to Christ in heaven then yes he is the son, but it's still not saying we will be male and female..... Can you specify where in corinthians you are reffering to?

As someone who previously thought they were bisexual (I was clearly confused lol) and is now happily married to a man, I feel like Scott/Kellie's story also speaks to the prevalence of abuse in the gay community. Rates of domestic violence and emotional abuse between lesbians are extremely high, I suffered from it myself. And rates of sexual abuse among gay men are also high. From her story, it sounds like she was basically abused/pushed into becoming "trans" not only by the trans agenda itself and the medical community, but also by her own partner at the time.

It was a conundrum for me every time I opened my mouth. I stuttered, I called her she, I had to backtrack things I was going to say. It was awkward. I couldn’t say the words. It wasn’t enjoyable. I loved hiking with her, she is a wonderful person, but the pronoun thing messed me up. Two months later, if I’m in a group I still hesitate when I’m talking about someone or about to point to someone because my brain is like is it OK for me to say she or he?

The medicalization of children is completely incomprehensible and extremely harmful. All mental problems are treated with psychotherapy, if necessary with psychiatric techniques, except this one: hormones and surgery are offered. This has to end.

I'm so glad to see this as I was really worried about Scott the last time I saw him being interviewed. He seemed so depressed and without hope. The trans situation is so evil because it's based on lies perpetrated by evil ignorant people wanting to make lots of money. It just attacks anyone who challenges the cult. I hope people will start to pay Scott, as he needs some financial support. Him speaking the truth about what is going on with children is so important.

The medical complications brings a lot of misery to your life. Better keep your body as it is, the body you were born with. Even if you're miserable that way, it's still less miserable than being so badly sick from the medical transition.

I think she made a good point that "society" (though I think realistically, society will only ever be selfish people and the Church is who this would actually need to be addressed with) needs to be more compassionate towards these people who have been hurt by this and bring them to Jesus.

When they took the keyword, DYSPHORIA, out of the equation, this opened up many to have the ability to transition. True transsexualism is VERY rare and 90 percent of those that have transition are not truly trans. The protocol needs to be changed. There shouldnt be such an easy access to transition. scott is the perfect example of this. Its clear he never had dysphoria .

Oh my goodness Scott. This is both a very heartbreaking and inspirational story. I hope someone reaches out to help you financially. It's obvious that this has been a very traumatic journey for you. Why oh why didn't anyone spend time with you to provide counselling and spiritual support? The transition happened too quickly. Major decision and within one month from your first therapy session you're undertaking medical procedures. There is a problem with medical ethics here. No one wants to say, "no, lets wait".

I was just like Alli when I was younger. I acted like a boy, I wanted to go hunting, fishing,playing in the dirt, I played with boys and I would skateboard and I hated it when I developed breasts when I was 11 I was abused by my ex stepdad and I started to hate my body. But I went to therapy I was left alone and I grew out of it. I still love to hunt and fish but I am so much more interested in singing and dancing. I love makeup and dresses now. Parents need to understand that kids change. And most of them have severe trauma or mental illnesses. God bless you for what you’re doing. 🙏🏻

Tell that person that there are people who do care about all children. Right now, after the last couple of weeks where we continue to listen to these mothers saying how their children are not getting health care. I think they have munchausen ?sp by proxy. I cannot imagine why anyone would want something like any of this done to their children. It is something that so many trans and detranse people who are coming forward because they care that parents are having things done to their children. I hope mothers and teens start paying attention to them. Also hearing so much about sex abuse and big organizations and religious groups covering up. Sometimes I feel it is open season on children.
