Go ahead and replace that rear main oil seal while you have the transmission out. It's an $18 part, and it would be silly to pull it all back out just to replace it. Also, to check the throwout bearing, spin the part that is toward the engine with your finger. It should spin freely, but with 133k on the clock, I'd be willing to bet yours will feel gritty and loose.

Buddy this is exactly what I need to do this weekend, I wish you would have made a more detailed video showing how you removed the transmission and all that. I am more of a video type guy and pictures don't help me much. Nice clear video man.
